为分析喷流冷却复合陶瓷薄片激光器的热特性,设计用于冷却复合陶瓷薄片的喷流冷却系统.利用湍流换热理论和计算流体动力学仿真方法建立喷流冷却复合陶瓷薄片激光器的流固耦合热仿真模型,定义评价其冷却能力和冷却均匀性的定量参数.根据该仿真模型得到喷流冷却系统的最优设计参数,并进行实验验证.使用163孔喷板,流量为0.2kg/s,入口温度为20℃,在1200 W泵浦时获得359 W激光输出功率,并测得复合陶瓷薄片上表面的最高温度为92℃.激光输出功率与复合陶瓷薄片上表面温度均与泵浦功率呈近似正线性关系,且温度的实验值与仿真值相符度较高.  相似文献

A glass with CdS nanoparticles was used simultaneously as a matrix for Ce-doped garnet and a yellow-red phosphor to prepare luminescent glass ceramics for the sources of white light. CdS nanoparticles compensate for the unbalanced Ce3+ emission spectrum of the composite material due to the addition of a red component. The synthesized composite material can be a tunable light converter due to altered luminescence spectra by changing the sintering conditions and excitation wavelength  相似文献

报道了基于半导体激光端面抽运Nd:YAG4F3/24I13/2 跃迁的弱谱线多波长激光输出. 实验对比了透明陶瓷与单晶材料的激光输出特性, 表明透明陶瓷和单晶材料荧光谱强度的略微差异, 导致了多波长输出时相同两个波长之间的激光强度比在两种材料中的差异. 基于两种耦合输出镜片, 激光阈值都在2 W左右. 在13.5 W的抽运功率下, 基于Nd:YAG透明陶瓷获得了输出功率4.05 W、强度比1 :2的1338与1356 nm双波长激光和输出功率3.65 W、强度比13 : 1的1356与1414 nm 双波长激光, 斜率效率分别达33.9% 和31.9%.  相似文献

Sputtering of Cu single-crystal and polycrystal targets by 27 keV Ar ions has been simulated using the new binary collision cascade computer program OKSANA. The sputtering yield, the sputtering and reflection efficiencies, and the absolute and relative contributions to sputtering from various components have been calculated in a broad range of incidence angles. The obtained angular dependences of the sputtering yield have proved to agree with experimental data. Some features of sputtering due to semichannel focusing of incident particles have been found. The contributions to sputtering from several types of linear collision chains and from the primary knock-on atoms are considered in most detail. It has been shown, in particular, that the pure focused, pure defocused, and mixed focused-defocused collision chains contribute noticeably to sputtering. The contribution from the primary knock-on atoms is angle-dependent and reaches its maximum in the range of glancing angles for both single-crystal and polycrystal targets.  相似文献

采用柠檬酸溶胶凝胶燃烧合成法制备了一系列组成的(Y,Tb)3Al5O12:Ce3+,Sm3+荧光粉。通过X射线衍射、荧光光谱研究了不同Sm3+离子共掺杂浓度下(Y,Tb)AG:Ce3+荧光粉的晶体结构及光致发光性能。Rietveld全图拟合(Rietveld method of wholepattern fitting)结果表明:掺杂后样品仍为纯立方石榴石相,随着Sm3+离子共掺杂浓度的增加,样品的晶胞参数增大。在467 nm激发下,激发能由Ce3+离子向Sm3+离子单向传递,从而在617nm处出现红光发射。Tb3+离子取代不利于Ce3+离子与Sm3+离子的能量传递,同时Ce3+离子受更强的晶体场作用及与O2-离子间增强的共价性使发射主峰红移,Sm3+掺杂的TAG:Ce体系中,激发能由敏化剂Ce3+离子向激活剂Sm3+离子的传递路径包括5d→4f2F5/2,7/2(Ce3+)和7F6→5D4(Tb3+)到4G5/2→6H7/2(Sm3+)两部分。  相似文献

采用理论与实验相结合的方法研究了激光二极管阵列泵浦的Cr4+:YAG被动调Q Nd:YAG激光器的输出特性.重点分析了调Q晶体小信号透过率和反射镜的反射率对激光器的输出能量、脉冲宽度的影响.对数值模拟结果进行了实验验证,数值计算与实验结果基本一致.研究结果表明,在特定的激光晶体参数下,Cr4+:YAG被动调Q激光器的输出能量与脉冲宽度由调Q晶体的小信号透过率和输出镜的反射率决定:输出能量随着小信号透过率增加而减小,对应于一个调Q晶体透过率,有一个最佳反射率使输出能量最大;脉冲宽度随着初始透过率与反射率的增大而增大.  相似文献

The microstructural morphological changes in laser irradiated targets are investigated. Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm, ∼12 ns nominal, 1.1 MW) is used to irradiate 4 N pure (99.99%) fine polished and annealed silver samples in ambient air and under vacuum ∼10−6 Torr. The laser spot size and power density at tight focus are 12 μm and 3×1011 W/cm2, respectively. SEM micrographs and X-ray diffractograms of the exposed and unexposed targets reveal the surface texture and structural changes, respectively. Amongst the ablation mechanisms involved, exfoliation and hydrodynamic sputtering are found to be dominant. Surface modifications appear in the form of craters and ripples formation. Heat is conducted non-uniformly through narrow channels at the surface. Thermal stresses induced by the laser do not disturb inter planar distance of the target. On the other hand irradiation causes significant variations in grain size and diffracted X-rays intensities.  相似文献

In this paper, the design and the construction of a high-power side-diode-pumped Nd:YAG solid-state laser at repetition rates of 6 and 10 kHz has been presented. Second harmonic of the Nd:YAG laser with green light at 532 nm, with an average power of 111.5 W at 10 kHz repetition rate, and with 90 ns pulse duration, has been obtained by the nonlinear crystal of KTP with 59% conversion efficiency and 12% diode-to-green optical–optical efficiency in the linear resonator. Beam spot size and divergence is 4 mm and 8 mrad, respectively. The laser stability is about 97%. As a medical application of this laser, investigation of degree of effectiveness and penetration depth of laser on adenomas of resected prostate after open prostatectomy has been done.  相似文献

Measurement of the transmission laser radiation from Q-switched and free-running Er:YAG lasers operating at 2.94 μm through fluoride glass multimode optical fibers of 448, 465 and 620 μm core diameter were performed. Attenuation measurements were obtained as a function of the laser energy input, of the bending angle and of the radius of curvature. The fibers exhibited low attenuation under straight and bent conditions. The output beam quality was also studied using the appropriate beam profiler. The output beam profiles showed a central multi-spiked energy distribution.  相似文献

In this paper, high-luminance yellow-emitting Y3Al5O12:Ce3+ phosphor (YAG:Ce) microparticles were prepared in a solid flame using a 1.425Y2O3+2.5Al2O3+0.15CeO2+k(KClO3+urea)+mNH4F precursor mixture (here k is the number of moles of the KClO3+urea red-ox mixture, and m is the number of moles of NH4F). The self-sustaining combustion process for the entire reaction sample was provided by the heat generated from the KClO3+urea mixture. Parametric studies demonstrated that the maximum temperature in the combustion wave varied from 885 to 1200 °C for k=2.0-3.0 mole and m=0-1.5 mole. X-ray analysis results showed that the product obtained in the solid flame consisted of Y3Al5O12:Ce3+ and KCl phases. Therefore, after dissolving potassium chloride in distillated water, pure-phase YAG:Ce phosphor powder was obtained. The as-prepared YAG:Ce phosphor particles had diameters of 10-25 μm and good dispersity and exhibited luminescence properties comparable to those of YAG:Ce phosphor powders prepared by conventional high-temperature processing.  相似文献
