摘    要:用严格的耦合波理论分析用于分频的闪耀光栅验证标量理论结果的实用性.计算结果同标量理论结果进行比较表明,在提高光栅分辨力的现有指标情况下,闪耀光栅具有良好的分频效果.并同时给出了严格的耦合波理论中的截断误差对最终结果的影响.

Abstract:The rigorous coupled-wave method is applied in the analysis of blazed grating used for frequency separation in order to compare the results from that of scalar method.The differences between present rigorous coupled-wave method and scalar method are discussed.And the results verified that blazed grating could be used for frequency division.The cut-off error plays a very improtant role in conduction of this method.
