摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),在硅胶涂敷纤维素三-(4-甲基苯甲酸酯)手性固定相上拆分非洛地平.研究了异丙醇体积含量、流速及柱温对非洛地平对映体拆分行为的影响.同时还模拟了在制备分离条件时,增大进样体积和进样浓度对非洛地平拆分的影响.并结合色谱理论和热力学理论对非洛地平的手性识别机理进行探讨.实验表明在正己烷∶异丙醇...
