摘    要:以微波消解传统蒙药查干汤样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了其中锰含量。在选定的仪器工作条件下,测定锰的特征浓度为0.059μg/mL/1%,回收率为96.3%—101.3%,RSD(%)为2.13。该方法简便、快速,测定结果令人满意。

Abstract:The traditionnal mongolian medicine chagantang sample was digested by microwave, and the amounts of manganese in the sample was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The characteristic concentration of Mn is 0.059μg/mL/1% under the optimal experimental conditions, the recovery of 96.30%-101.3% and RSD (%) of 2.13 were obtained. The method is convinent, fast, and the result is satisfactory.
