| 摘 要： | 用瑞士ARL-4460光谱分析仪测定薄板用钢水中微量元素酸溶铝(Als)、Ca、Ti、Nb、V、W、As]含量,优化了分析条件,讨论了分析结果和影响因素,确定了方法的检出限.方法具有操作简便、准确度较高、成本低等优点,可用于炉前快速分析,取得了满意的效果.

| Abstract: | Stwitzerland ARL4460 Metal Analyzer was applied to the determination of Als,Ca,Ti,Nb,V,W,As in steel for thin strip.The analytical conditions were optimized.The factors and analytical results were discussed.The detection limit of the method was determined.This method is accurate,cheap,rapid and simple,and was used in the rapid analysis of steel production with good results. |
