钢渣是冶金工业中产生的主要固体废弃物,其产量约为每年粗钢产量的15%~20%。由于技术的局限,导致我国钢渣利用率较低,仅为年钢渣产量的10%,同时加之管理制度的不健全,导致钢渣大量露天堆放,对土地资源、地下水源,以及空气质量形成严重影响。固体废弃物再利用是资源可持续发展的重要途径之一,钢渣的主要化学成分为CaO, SiO2, Al2O3, MgO, Fe2O3, MnO, f-CaO等。面对上述问题,利用冶金固体废弃物与活性炭开发一种价格低廉且性能优越的活性炭混合钢渣复合材料,既是冶金固体废弃物的高附加值利用与资源可持续发展的重要途径之一,也是大幅降低改性活性炭生产成本与提高经济效益的重要途径之一。该研究创新性以活性炭与钢渣为研究对象,利用钢渣中含有的金属氧化物对活性炭进行改性处理制备用于烧结烟气脱硫脱硝的活性炭混合钢渣复合材料,通过搭建实验反应装置对活性炭混合钢渣复合材料的脱硫脱硝性能进行测试。利用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)对钢渣的化学成分进行测试与分析,比表面积及孔径测定仪(BET)对活性炭混合钢渣复合材料的孔结构进行测试与分析,傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对钢渣的结构组成进行测试与分析,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对活性炭混合钢渣复合材料的微观结构进行测试与分析,以揭示活性炭与钢渣制备活性炭混合钢渣复合材料的机理,以及活性炭混合钢渣复合材料对烧结烟气脱硫脱硝的机理。结果表明:当钢渣为电炉热泼渣、钢渣与活性炭质量比为2∶4、钢渣与活性炭细度为400目时,活性炭混合钢渣复合材料具有良好的脱硫脱硝性能与合理的经济性,即脱硫效率为100%、脱硝效率为58%。活性炭混合钢渣复合材料具有的多孔结构对SO2和NO进行有作用,钢渣中Fe2O3与MnO2促使活性炭官能团进行催化还原反应提高脱硫脱硝性能,其中吸附作用是主导与前提,催化还原反应是辅助与协同。以期为高附加值的钢渣利用提供新途径,实现钢铁企业以废治废、以废增效的目的。  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of austenitic stainless steel (Type 304) in 3 M sulfuric acid with 3.5% recrystallized sodium chloride at specific concentrations of butan-1-ol was investigated with the aid of potentiodynamic polarization, open circuit measurement and weight loss technique. Butan-1-ol effectively inhibited the steel corrosion with a maximum inhibition efficiency of 78.7% from weight-loss analysis and 80.9% from potentiodynamic polarization test at highest concentration studied. Adsorption of the compound obeyed the Freundlich isotherm. Thermodynamic calculations reveal physiochemical interactions and spontaneous adsorption mechanism. Surface characterizations showed the absence of corrosion products and topographic modifications of the steel. Statistical analysis depicts the overwhelming influence and statistical significance of inhibitor concentration on the inhibition performance.  相似文献

Ce mémoire décrit la synthèse de phosphonates comportant une chaîne perfluorée. Ces composés sont obtenus par la télomérisation d'allylphosphonates de dialkyle en présence d'un agent de transfert fluoré de type mercaptan. Ensuite, nous employons deux méthodes de déalkylation menant sélectivement soit au monoacide soit au diacide phosphonique. Tous ces produits comprenant une extrémité de chaîne phosphonée, sous forme acide ou ester, ont été caractérisés et leur adhésion respective sur des plaques d'acier est étudiée. Ces tests montrent que le monoacide phosphonique est un excellent promoteur d'adhésion et qu'il est aussi efficace que le diacide. This article describes the synthesis of phosphonic derivatives bearing a perfluorinated chain. These compounds have been synthetized by telomerization of dialkyl allylphosphonate with a fluorinated transfer agent type mercaptan. Then two methods of dealkylation leading selectively were used to mono or to diacid phosphonic moieties. All the products bearing phosphonic end-groups, more or less acidic, have been characterized and their own adhesion on steel plates is studied. These tests show that phosphonic monoacid is an excellent adhesion promoter on steel, as efficient as the diacid compound.  相似文献

EDTA滴定法测定钢渣中游离氧化镁   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以碘-乙醇溶液为催化剂,选择乙二醇作溶剂浸取钢渣中游离氧化镁,采用EDTA滴定法测定其中游离氧化镁的含量。试验中考察了碘-乙醇的最佳用量和K-B混合指示剂的最合适配比。结果表明:催化剂碘-乙醇溶液的添加量达碘与氧化镁的质量比为7.5比1,指示剂中酸性铬蓝K和萘酚绿B的比值为1比1.4时,滴定终点变色明显,滴定结果准确。在钢渣中加入纯氧化镁测定的平均回收率为96.5%,相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.3%。  相似文献

Industrially unfavorable process of steel surface decarburization was induced by annealing in air. Two methods of after-anneal surface treatment were used: an acid pickling and a sand blasting. The obtained decarburized layers were examined by optical microscope, wave dispersive spectrometer, and surface X-ray diffraction method. Magnetic Barkhausen noise technique was tested for applicability of non-destructive characterization of the decarburized layer depth. A newly introduced parameter, Barkhausen noise coercivity, was proposed for practical use due to its sensitivity to decarburization and stability to measurement conditions. Other magnetic parameters, e.g. number of Barkhausen noise counts, were found to be sensitive to the compressive residual stress caused by the sand blasting.  相似文献

A solid-phase microextraction technique using steel fiber coated with 20 μm polypyrrole (Ppy) doped with polyphosphate was developed for the GC determination of a group of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in water. The coating was prepared using a three-electrode electrochemical system from a 10% aqueous sodium polyphosphate solution containing 0.05 M pyrrole by applying a constant potential of 1.2 V for 30 min. In order to obtain an adherent, smooth and stable film of polypyrrole, experimental parameters related to the coating process consisting of the type of dopant or counter-ion, deposition potential, concentration of the monomer, concentration of the counter-ion, and deposition time were optimized. The effects of various parameters on the efficiency of SPME process such as extraction time, extraction temperature, ionic strength, desorption time, and desorption temperature were also studied. The coating was highly stable and extremely adherent to the surface of the steel fiber. The method was linear for at least three orders of magnitude with correlation coefficients varying from 0.9818 to 0.9977. The accuracies found through spiking blank samples showed high recoveries between 82 and 110%. Intra- and inter-day precisions of the method were determined from mixed aqueous solutions containing 1.0 ng ml−1 of each OCP. The intra-day precisions varied from 4.7% for heptachlor to 11.4% for methoxychlor, while the inter-day precisions varied from 6.8% for endosulfan I to 13.0% for p,p′-DDD and o,p-DDD. Limits of detection based on S/N = 3 were in the range 0.015-0.66 pg ml−1. The proposed method was applied to monitor organochlorine pesticides in some well water samples.  相似文献

Results are reported on the application of double-pulse Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) for fast analysis of complex metallic alloys. The approach followed for the determination of the composition of the alloys is based on the time-integrated acquisition of LIBS spectra emitted by plasmas induced by collinear double-pulse laser excitation. The spectra are analysed using the Partial Least Squares method, which allows the determination of sample composition even in the presence of strong spectral interferences. The results shown indicate the possibility of measuring the composition of complex metallic alloys in very short times and using relatively cheap LIBS instrumentation.  相似文献

We have measured the orientation and depth dependence of the magnetic Barkhausen noise (MBN) in an industrial pipeline steel sheet. Thin samples were cut out from the sheet cross section at different depths, parallel and transverse to the rolling direction (rolling and transverse samples). The integrated MBN energy has shown no depth dependence for transverse samples. On the other hand, the rolling samples have shown larger MBN noise energy and strong depth dependence.The microstructure of the samples was studied by optical and electron microscopy, parameters related to the shape and the quantity of carbon precipitates and grains were extracted by image processing techniques. The strong depth and orientation dependence of the MBN have been explained by changes of the grain and precipitate microstructure.  相似文献
