摘    要:本文介绍了以原子吸收光谱法,直接测定尿中钙的含量。本方法不仅具有快速,简便等特点,而且采用了氯化锶做释放剂,并有效的消除了共存元素的干扰,回收率为99.6% ̄104.2%。

Abstract:The direct determination of Ca in urine by atomic absorption spectrometry is described in the present paper.The characteristics of this method not only is fast,simple and convenient,but also use strontium chloride as releasing agent,and the elimination of interference for common existed elements is effective.The recovery of calcium is 99.6%-104.2%.
