| 摘 要： | 研究了用高效液相色谱测定烟草中糖的方法。烟草中的糖用水超声震荡浸取 ;然后以 Waters Carbo-hydrate糖分析柱为固定相 ,75 %乙腈为流动相分离 ,示差折光检测器检测测定。方法用于几种烟草样品中糖含量的测定 ,结果令人满意

| Abstract: | A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination sug ar in tobacco was studied.Sucrose, maltose,glucose and fructose were separated o n a Waters Carbohydrate column with 75% acetonitrile as mobile phase and detecte d with a refractive index detector system.This method can be applied to the dete rmination of sugar in tobacco with good result. |
