摘    要:本文阐述了用平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定米和面中铍的方法,用自制的石墨平台安装于石墨炉中热解石墨管内。并对分析最佳条件进行了探讨,方法的线性范围为0-10ng/mL,灵敏度为1.9pg/0.0044A。用于分析实际样品,回收率为96.0%-100.0%,检出限(3SD)为1.4pg,RSD2.9%-5.0%。

Abstract:In this paper,a method for determining of beryllium in rice ad flour by platform graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry using a slurry technique is described.A self made graphite platform was installed in pyrolytic graphite tube of graphite furnace.Under the established optimum experimental condition the calibration graphic linear for 0-10ng/mL of beryllium.Sensitivities is 1.9 pg/0.0044A .The method was successfully applied to the determination rice and flour samples with recoveries between 96.0%-100.0%,detection limit of 1.4pg(3SD)and the RSD 2.9%-5.0%.
