摘    要:研究了ICP-AES法测定蚂蚁粉中多种微量元素的方法,通过方法试验确认采用低温灰化法制备样品,不仅能满足ICP-AES法测定的要求,同时具有样品处理方法简单,快速,经济等优点,其方法的回收率在92.0-100.7%之间,精密度在0.20%-9.29%之间,实验数据证明该方法完全可以满足同类样品的微量元素检测要求。

Abstract:Many trace elements which are in forest frog were investigated by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP AES).Pharmaceutical analysis the preparation in dry stat was used by the official method not only it will satisfy the ICP AES,but also it has many merits,the easy method of dealing with samples,rapid analysis,economical and so on the method has.The recovery is in the range is in the rangeos. 92%-100.7%,the precision is in the range of 0.2%-3.81%. This method can be used to test the trace elements in theconger samples.
