双氰胺高效液相色谱检测方法的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了目前国内外对双氰胺的一些检测方法,包括凯氏定氮法、水解法、红外光谱法、薄层色谱法、分光光度法和高效液相色谱法,并对这些方法的优缺点进行了比较,采用高效液相色谱法更为方便和有效.综述了双氰胺运用高效液相色谱检测方法的研究进展,为双氰胺的检测提供参考和帮助.

Abstract:Many methods were introduced for detection of dicyandiamide including Kjeldahl determination, hydrolysis method, infrared spectroscopy, thin layer chromatography, spectrophotometry and HPLC. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were compared. HPLC method was more convenient and effective. This paper summarized the research progress on the HPLC method of detection dicyandiamide in order to provide reference and basis for the detection of dicyandiamide.
