青海不同产地唐古特铁线莲中的5种元素分析比较

摘    要:为了研究青海不同产地唐古特铁线莲5种元素的分布情况,本研究应用火焰原子吸收光谱法,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法以及分光光度法测定了青海产唐古特铁线莲中5种元素P,K,Mg,Pb,Cd的含量.结果表明,在青海省18个不同产地中,产于阿柔乡1的唐古特铁线莲P和K含量均最高,分别达到4813.19mg/kg和33304.34mg/kg;产于西宁市的唐古特铁线莲中Mg含量最高,为5377.71mg/kg.产于都兰的唐古特铁线莲中Pb含量最高,为10.79mg/kg.产于平安青砂山的唐古特铁线莲中Cd含量最高,为11.04mg/kg.本方法准确可靠,为唐古特铁线莲的进一步研究奠定理论基础.

Abstract:In order to study the distribution of five elements of Clematis tangutica Maxim. in different locations from Qinghai province. Flame atomic, absorption spectrum method and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and spectrophotometric method was adopted to determine the content five elements such as P, K, Mg, Pb, Cd of Clematis tangutica Maxim from Qinghai province. The results showed that the content of P and K in Clematis tangutica Maxim. from Arou town 1 was the highest,reaching 4813.19mg/kg and 33304.34mg/kg,respectively;the content of Mg in Clematis tangutica Maxim. from Xining city was the highest,reaching 5377.71mg/kg,and the content of Pb in Clematis tangutica Maxim. from Dulan county was higher than other place of 18 different locations in Qinghai Province, reaching 10. 79mg/kg. and the content of Cd in Clematis tangutica Maxim. from Pingan county was higher than other place of 18 different locations in Qinghai Province,reaching 11.04mg/kg.
