河鳗中恶喹酸残留量测定方法的改进

摘    要:样品用二氯甲烷提取,除去溶剂后,残渣用稀盐酸溶液和正己烷处理以除去脂肪,然后用二氯甲烷萃取,挥干,残留物溶于甲醇水溶液中,用高效液相色谱荧光检测器测定.该方法的测定低限为0.005mg/kg,方法的回收率范围为82.7%-89.4%.

Abstract:The oxolinic acid residues in eel was extracted with methylene chloride. After expelling the solvent, the residue was treated with dilute HCI and n-hexane to remove the fat. The similar extraction process was repeated with methylene chloride. The methylene chloride was evaporated to dryness and the residue was dissolved in methanol-aqueous solution. The residue content was determined by HPLC fluorescence detector. The recovery range was 82.7%-89.4% ,the limit of determination of this method was 0. 005mg/kg.
