摘    要:在钢铁表面获得了具有金属光泽和良好装饰效果的不溶性彩色Mo(W)-S-Fe族合物膜,采用加速化学腐蚀试验,LSV,XPS和AES研究了多种钝化剂处理簇合物膜前后的耐蚀性能,结果表明,硬脂酸钝化处理后,不仅保护和稳定了膜层的颜色,而且提高了钢铁的抗腐蚀能力,硬脂酸与彩色膜表面的Fe^2+反应形成了一层致密的不溶性配合物膜。

Abstract:Insoluble Mo(W) S Fe cluster compound films with a metallic lustre and decorative function of various colors have been obtained on steel surface. Accelerated corrosion tests, LSV, XPS and AES determinations were made to investigate the anticorrosive property of the cluster compound films before and after various passivation treatments. The results show that stearic acid passivation not only stabilizes the colors of these films, but also prevents the steel substrate from corrosion. The layers of dense and insoluble coordination compounds were formed by the reaction of stearic acid with Fe 2+ of the colored films.
