磷酸酯化改性梨渣吸附污染水体中锌离子的研究

摘    要:以砀山梨渣为原料,经磷酸酯化改性,制备一种酯化梨渣阳离子吸附剂,用批次实验法研究了其在不同实验条件下(pH值、吸附剂量、吸附质浓度和吸附时间)对金属锌离子的吸附性能。结果表明,溶液pH=3.5时,锌离子吸附达到最大值;酯化梨渣≥5g.L-1能除去锌离子为100mg.L-1溶液中的96%锌离子。改性梨渣对锌离子的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温线模型,最大吸附能力为28.986mg.g-1。锌离子达到吸附平衡的时间为30min;准一级反应动力学方程y=-0.0615x+2.4437(r2=0.9921)描述锌离子在改性梨渣上的吸附过程。

Abstract:A cationic adsorbent derived from phosphoric acid-esterified Dangshan pear scraps(EPS) was prepared by the method of solid phase preparation.The characteristic adsorption of Zn in phosphoric acid-esterified pear scraps under conditions of different initial pH,adsorbent dosage,sorbate concentration,and contact time were investigated in a batch system.The maximum adsorption of Zn was obtained when the initial pH was 3.5,96% of Zn ions in 100mg·L-1 Zn solution could be removed by ≥5.0g·L-1 of EPS.The adsorption of Zn follows the Langmuir sorption model.The maximum removal capacity of EPS was 28.986mg·g-1 for Zn,and the adsorption equilibrium of Zn was reached with in 30min.The adsorption processes of Zn could be described by the pseudo-first order kinetic functions y=-0.0615x+2.4437(r2=0.9921).
