摘    要:建立了一种通过原子荧光光谱测定糯米中汞含量的检测方法.采用硝酸/双氧水体系对样品进行微波消解预处理,利用原子荧光光谱法测定糯米中的痕量汞.方法加标回收率在98.67%-103.33%之间,相对标准偏差小于4.57%.该方法简便快速、准确灵敏,适用于糯米中痕量汞的测定.

Abstract:A method was established to determinate trace mercury in glutinous rice. A~ter a pretreatment with HNO3/H202 microwave digestion system, cold atomic fluorescence spectrometric method was used to determine trace mercury. The recovery rate of samples is 98. 67%-103.33%, RSD is less than 4.57%. This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate. It can be used in trace mercury determination of glutinous rice.
