Comparison Of Travelling Wave And Standing Wave |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the history of travelling wave engine and standing wave engine briefly, then focuses on illustrating the working principle of travelling wave and standing wave from both acoustic standpoint and thermodynamics standpoint, and finally discusses a hybrid thermoacoustic engine, which is a kind of promising mechanics and the streaming leading to big losses should be overwhelmed. |
