图像式显微自动调焦、瞄准系统的研究

摘    要:基于CCD图像技术提出一种新的图像式显微自动调焦、瞄准系统 ,该系统实现了通用光学仪器及现代数字化仪器中自动调焦与图像瞄准 ,解决了这类仪器自动化程度低 ,瞄准精度受人员主观影响大 ,劳动强度大 ,不易于微机化等问题。给出了新系统的结构与原理 ,分析了系统实现的精度保证 ,并对新系统进行了实验研究。

Abstract:On the basis of CCD image technologies, a new kind of image autofocusing and aiming microscopic system is proposed, which makes it possible that autofocusing and image aiming is effected in general optical instruments and modern digital instruments. The drawbacks of these kind instruments of low degree automation, aiming accuracy affected by operators greatly, intensive labor, difficult numeralization, etc, are eliminated in the new system. The constructure and principle of the new system is stated and key technologies are researched and measuring experiments are done.
