高分辨率CCD图像传感器及CCD摄像机的性能评价

摘    要:研究了CCD图像传感器及CCD摄像机的性能及测试方法。重点探讨了高分辨率的CCD摄像机的成像特点。论述了高分辨率CCD图像传感器和高分辨率CCD摄像机的性能。这些性能与当前厂商提供的商用CCD摄像机有许多不同之处。评价高分辨率CCD图像传感器的性能主要有灵敏度、动态范围、分辨率和拖影。评价高分辨率CCD摄像机性能有灵敏度、最小照度、分辨率和光学格式等。给出了高分辨CCD摄像机的性能评价实例,简述了其工艺特点和技术特点。

Abstract:The performances and test methods of CCD image sensor and pickup system, and the imaging characteristic of high resolution CCD camera are studied. The performances of high resolution sensor and camera are discussed. These performances are different from that of general commercial CCD camera. Performances of high resolution CCD sensor are sensitivity, dynamic range, resolution and smear. That of high resolution CCD camera are sensitivity, minimum illumination, resolution and optical format. Finally is provided example of performance evaluation on high resolution CCD camera and are discussed briefly features of techniques and technology.
