阿托伐他汀内酯的波谱学数据与结构确证

摘    要:对阿托伐他汀内酯的紫外吸收光谱(UV)、红外吸收光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、氢-氢相关谱(1H-1H COSY)、核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)、DEPT谱、异核单量子相关谱(HSQC)、异核多键相关谱(HMBC)报道并进行了解析,对其所有的NMR谱信号进行了归属,同时讨论了质谱的主要碎片离子的可能的裂解方式和红外特征吸收峰所对应的官能团的振动形式.通过多种波谱技术确证了阿托伐他汀钙内酯的结构.

Abstract:Ultraviolet spectrum, infrared spectrum, mass spectra and nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of atorvastatin lactone were collected and interpreted. All the NMR signals were assigned. Based on the mass spectral data, the possible fragmentation pathways were discussed. The infrared spectrum was used to analyze the types of vibration of the functional groups in this compound. The structure of the compound was determined.
