摘    要:介绍了CCD多功能实验仪的设计及其在大学物理实验中的应用.该实验仪主要由光路、硬件电路和软件3 部分组成.光路将待测物理量转化成相应的光信号,再经过硬件电路和软件的一系列处理转换成离散的电压信号,并在计算机上以图形方式显示结果.该测量系统可以完成多个与CCD光电技术相关的实验.

Abstract:The design of CCD multifunctional experimental instrument and its application in college physics experiment are introduced. The experimental instrument is mainly made up of three parts: light path, hardware circuit and software. The physical quantity to be measured is transformed into corresponding optical signal by light path. Then the optical signal is transformed into discrete voltage signal by a series of hardware circuit and software processing. And the result is displayed on the computer as graphics mode. Several experiments correlated with CCD photoelectric technology can be completed in this measurement system.
