摘    要:通过建立四能级雪崩上转换的速率方程,对稳态雪崩过程进行了详细的讨论和分析,阐明了雪崩上转换是个有阈值过程,并给出了各个能级布居随交叉弛豫P和跃迁速率Qi的变化。

Abstract:Properties of the four-level avalanche upconversion system are carefully investigated using a rate equation analysis of the equilibritlm state.It is clarified that avalanche upconversion would open only when pumping laser strength and cross-relexation are bigger than a threshold level.The population variations of every energy level upon the cross-relexation and transition rates are given in this paper.
