| 摘 要： | 基于模糊系统、神经网络、遗传算法和粗糙集等软计算的协作技术，建立了科研项目的立项评审智能管理系统。运用软件工程原理与方法，对该系统及其在科研项目立项评审的应用软件进行计划、开发和维护。实际应用表明了该系统的可行性和有效性，并可推广于其他智能管理系统。

| Abstract: | Intelligent management systems for evaluation of science research projects based on synergetics of soft computing that is the technology integrated with fuzzy systems,neural networks,genetic algorithms and rough sets is introduced. Some ways to the intelligent systems by software engineering are given. It shows feasibility and validity of the systems in application, and could be applied to other intelligent management systems. |
