| 摘 要： | 介绍了多道ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ多元素瞬时信号检测处理集成软件的研制过程，应用该软件实现了多道ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ和多种瞬时进样技术在线联用的信号采集、处理。
