流动注射梯度校正技术—对应溶液法测定配合物逐级稳定常数的研究

摘    要:本实验利用流动注射梯度校正技术,结合微机可提供准确的时间延时和快速而数据采集和数据处理,并采用合适的流路系统,提出用配位体的一个高浓度标准溶液来制备“标准系列“,在非平衡条件下测定配合物逐级稳定系数的对应溶液法原理,通过对UO2^2+-SCN^-配合体系各级稳定系数的测定,说明该法具有简单,快速和准确度较高的优点。

Abstract:In this paper, in combination with microcomputer,a single ligand standard corresponding solution method by using gradient technique in flow injection analysis (FIA)was described.It was illustrated by the determination of stable constants of uranyl thiocyanate complexs with results in accordance with those in literature. The method was simple, fast and accurate.
