| Abstract: | The spectrophotometric determination of micro amount of zinc was studied by FIA in the Zn-PAN-Triton X-100 system. The method proposed has the advantages of convenience, rapidity and reliability. The frequency is 180 samples per hour, the relative standard deviation is less than 1. 6%. This method has been applied successfully to determine micro amount of zinc in tea soup from different areas and got over the difficulty in the reaction between the masking agents and interfering ions. |
