| 摘 要： | 采用了一种简便易行的方法，在真空环境中进行含水生物样品（植物叶表皮细胞）的软Ｘ射线显微成像实验，获得了高分辨率显微图像，与在大气环境中成像相比，这种方法具有缩短曝光时间和操作更加安全等优点

| Abstract: | A sim ple and practicable m ethod w as adopted to im age the biological sam ples,plant leaf epiderm alcells after being fixed, using soft X rays in a vacuum environm ent. Them icrographs of their cells w ere acquired in the experim ent. Com pared w ith the im age m ethodin air, this m ethod has som e advantages such as exposure tim e decreasing and operationsafe. |
