| 摘 要： | 对宁波市民营企业的体育设施、职工余暇体育活动开展情况和对体育文化需求等方面进行调研,并在民营企业职工余暇体育现状进行分析的基础上,进而提出宁波市民营企业职工余暇体育发展对策,为民营企业职工体育的健康发展提供有益的参考.
