| Abstract: | Organomagnesium reagents occupy a central position in synthetic organic and organometallic chemistry. The development of new organomagnesium reagents is of significant general interest. In this paper, recent progresses of synthesis, reaction chemistry as well as applications of organomagnesium reagents are reviewed, such as di-Grignard reagents, magnesiocycles and highly functionalized organomagnesium reagents. |
