摘    要:研究了石墨炉原子吸收法测定全血中铜和锌的方法。提出了用0.1%Triton X-100溶液作稀释剂,按1:50体积比稀释血样,采用校准曲线法就可测定全血中的铜和锌,方法简单,快速,并与基体匹配的校准曲线比较,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A new graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric method for direct determination of copper and zinc in whole blood is studied.The blood sample after 50 fold dilution is treated with 0.1% Triton X 100.The method is simple and rapid by calibration curve method.The accuracy of the method is checked with method of matrix matching and the result is satisfactory.
