摘    要:综述了两类增强的热塑性树脂的基本方面。一类是由原位形成的热致液晶聚合物微纤增强的原位复合材料。从实验上研究了获得有效增强效果的两个关键因素;致热液晶聚合物的基体树脂中的成纤,以及在液晶聚合物与基体树脂不相容共混物中的增容作用。另一类是由作者发明的原位混杂复合材料,这一类材料是用直径在两个数量级上的纤维和原位形成的微纤混杂增强的。

Abstract:The basic aspects for two groups of reinforced themoplastics are reviewed. One group is In- situ composites reinforced by In - situ formed fibrils of thermotropic liquid crystalline polymders(TLCPs). Two crucial points for the effective reinforcing, i. e. the fibrillation of TLCPs in matrix resins and the compatibilization in the immiscible blends of TLCPs and matrix resins, have been investigated experimentally. The other group is in - situ hybrid composites, invented by the author. This group of materials is reinforced by fibers and fibrils with their diameters at two orders of magnitude.
