化学修饰型硝基酚传感器的研究

摘    要:采用Na-蒙脱石修饰碳糊电极制成的传感器,用于硝基酚类物质检测及定量分析。经研究发现,此种电极具有稳定性好,灵敏度高的优点,并且可用于邻,对硝基酚共存体系中两物质的分别定量检测。

Abstract:A carbon paste electrode modified with sodium montmorillonite is developed for the determination of nitrophenols. The cyclic voltammograms of the o nitrophenol show a characteristic current peak in a phosphate buffer solution. The experimental parameters are optimized and the mechanism of the reaction is discussed. This chemically modified electrode will offer a possibility of developing a sensitive and reliable method for the determination of nitrophenol. It can be used in the determination of o nitrophenol and p nitrophenol, respectively, in their coexistence system.
