| Abstract: | In this paper, a new scheme of 3 dimensional semi analytic algorithm is developed. Based on the algorithm of 2 dimensional Finite Element Method of Lines(FEMOL), with the essential thought of Finite Layer Method(FLM), we generate the method. At the end, the numerical results have shown that the method has good precision and efficiency. |
