描述了巢湖水中半挥发性有机化合物的提取、测定过程和初步结果。湖水中半挥发性有机化合物的提取采用XAD-2和XAD-4混合树脂富集，用气相色谱-高分辨质谱法测定了所萃取的有机化合物，并给出相应的分子式和结构式。春季湖水中检测到14种有机化合物。     

Multi‐stage high order semi‐Lagrangian schemes for incompressible flows in Cartesian geometries

Efficient transport algorithms are essential to the numerical resolution of incompressible fluid‐flow problems. Semi‐Lagrangian methods are widely used in grid based methods to achieve this aim. The accuracy of the interpolation strategy then determines the properties of the scheme. We introduce a simple multi‐stage procedure, which can easily be used to increase the order of accuracy of a code based on multilinear interpolations. This approach is an extension of a corrective algorithm introduced by Dupont & Liu (2003, 2007). This multi‐stage procedure can be easily implemented in existing parallel codes using a domain decomposition strategy, as the communication pattern is identical to that of the multilinear scheme. We show how a combination of a forward and backward error correction can provide a third‐order accurate scheme, thus significantly reducing diffusive effects while retaining a non‐dispersive leading error term. Stereoselective synthesis of the right-hand segment of tubiferal A

Tubiferal A, a triterpenoid isolated from myxomycete Tubifera dimorphotheca, exhibits a reversal effect of vincristine (VCR) resistance against VCR-resistant KB cell lines. The compound possesses a complex structure involving the 6-7-6-5 polycyclic carbon framework with various functional groups. The stereoselective synthesis of the right-hand segment of tubiferal A was achieved on the basis of the cyclopentene annulation method and the semi-pinacol rearrangement reaction of an epoxy alcohol for constructing the trans-fused 6-5 bicyclic skeleton possessing two quaternary carbon atoms at the angular positions.     

Rotational spectra, nuclear quadrupole hyperfine tensors, and conformational structures of the mustard gas simulent 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide

Rotational spectra have been recorded for both the ³⁵Cl and ³⁷Cl isotopic forms of two structural conformations of 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide (CEES). The rotational constants of the ³⁵Cl and ³⁷Cl isotopomers were used to identify the conformational isomers. A total of 236 hyperfine transitions have been assigned for 47 rotational transitions of the ³⁵Cl isotope of a GGT conformer, and 146 hyperfine have been assigned for 37 rotational transitions of the ³⁷Cl isotopomer. For the second conformer, a total of 128 (110) hyperfine and 30 (28) rotational transitions have also been assigned to the ³⁵Cl (³⁷Cl) isotopes of a TGT conformation. The extensive hyperfine splitting data, measured to high resolution with a compact Fourier transform microwave spectrometer, were used to determine both the diagonal and off-diagonal elements of the ³⁵Cl and ³⁷Cl nuclear quadrupole coupling tensors in the inertial tensor principal axis system. The experimental rotational constant data, as well as the ³⁵Cl and ³⁷Cl nuclear quadrupole coupling tensors, were compared to the results from 27 optimized ab initio (HF/6-311++G^∗∗ and MP2/6-311++G^∗∗) model structures.     

Buffer sizing in multi-product multi-reactor batch processes: Impact of allocation and campaign sizing policies

This paper studies the impact of management policies, such as product allocation and campaign sizing, on the required size of the finished goods inventories in a multi-product multi-reactor batch process. Demand, setup and batch processing times for these products are assumed to be stochastic, and the inventory buffer for every product type needs to be such that target customer service levels are met. To perform this analysis, we develop a queueing model that allows us to explicitly estimate service levels as a function of the buffer size, and the allocation/campaign sizing policies. This model can be used to evaluate the service level given an existing buffer configuration, as well as to determine the buffer sizes required across products to meet a pre-specified service level. It also allows us to formulate a number of insights into how product allocation decisions and campaign planning policies affect buffer sizing decisions in symmetric production systems.

Synthesis,Spectroscopy, Semi‐empirical and Biological Activities of Organotin(IV) Complexes with o‐Isopropyl Carbonodithioic Acid

New organotin(IV) complexes have been synthesized by treating potassium o‐isopropyl carbonodithioate with R₂SnCl₂/R₃SnCl in 1 : 2/1 : 1 M/L ratio. All complexes have been characterized by IR and NMR (¹H, ¹³C) spectroscopy. IR results shows that ligand acts as bidentate which is also confirmed by semi‐empirical study. NMR data reveals four coordinated geometry in solution. Computed positive heat of formation shows that complex 5 is thermodynamically unstable. UV/visible spectroscopy was used to assess the mode of interaction and binding of the complexes with DNA which shows that complex 5 exhibits higher binding constant as compared to complex 3 . In protein kinase inhibition assay, compound 3 was found most active, while other biological activities shows that triorganotin(IV) complexes are biologically more active as compared to diorganotin(IV) complexes.
