硫氰酸盐光度法测定低合金钢中钼的测量不确定度评定

摘    要:用硫氰酸盐分光光度法测定低合金钢中钼的含量,对测定过程中的不确定分量进行了分析和评定.测量不确定度主要来源于试料称量、标准溶液、校准曲线拟合、玻璃仪器的使用及测量重复性.当钼的含量为0.181%时,其扩展不确定度为0.0064%(k=2).

Abstract:Molybdenum content in low alloy steel was determined by thiocyanate spectrophotometric.The uncertainty components were analyzed and evaluated.The main sources of uncertainty were the mass of sample,the preparation of standard solution,the fitting of calibration curve,the application of glass containers and the repeatability of measurement.The expanded uncertainty was 0.006 4%(k=2) as molybdenum content was 0.181%.
