酚醛型吸附树脂对茶碱的吸附性能研究

摘    要:研究了酚醛型吸附树脂对茶碱的静态和动态吸附。结果表明3种树脂对茶碱的吸附量均达117-204mg/g,明显优于DuoliteS-761;酚醛型吸附树脂等温吸附茶碱的平衡吸附数据符合Langmuir方程,相关系数在0.99以上,因此,酚醛型吸附树脂吸附茶碱属单分子层吸附;用1mol/LHCl和W甲醇为80%复合溶液作为吸附树脂的洗脱剂,效果很好。

Abstract:The present work studied the sorption of theophylline under static and dymanic conditions. The experimental results show that the properties of sorption of theophylline by three kinds of phenolic resin adsorbents made by myself are superior to Duolite S-761 and the sorption amount about 117~204mg/g dried resin. The equilibrium sorption date for phenolic resin adsorbents/theophylline systems showed good agreement with the Langmuir isotherm equation. The correlation coefficients are bigger than 0.99. The sorption of theophylline therefore is monomolecular sorption. It is very good to use 1mol/L hydrochloric acid in 80% aqueous methol as composite desorption solvent.
