The Effect of Vanadium on SD Rat's Leukocyte Sort in Drinking Water

For discussing the effect of the vanadium on the rat leukocyte sort,150 health white rat,were divided into comparison group,expⅠ,expⅡ,expⅢ and expⅣ,each one 30,appending the vanadium 0,10,20,40,60 mg/kg each one in the drinking water.Feeding 10 weeks,blooding each 2 weeks,making blood slice and observing the leukocyte sort.The results show that after 2 weeks,the neutrophilic granulocyte difference of expⅢ is remarkable(P<0.05),the difference is not obvious in the rest weeks(P>0.05);the lymphocyte difference of all weeks is not obvious(P>0.05);after 2 weeks,the acidophilic granulocyte difference is obvious in expⅠand expⅡ(P<0.05),the difference is not remarkable in the rest;the basophilic granulocyte difference of expⅡ is the best remarkable in 2,4,6,8,10 weeks(P<0.01),the monocyte difference is obvious in 2,4,6,8 weeks(P<0.05).It concludes appending 20 mg/kg vanadium,it can manifold the basophilic granulocyte,appending 40 mg/kg vanadium,it can manifold the monocyte.
