补充钴(Co)元素的食疗方法

若缺钴,命上苦,肠道内,细菌舞,会出现,肠内炎,又会得,肥胖病,使脂肪,蓄堆积,又会得,贫血病,肤体黄,四肢软,红细胞,逐渐减,白细胞,亦突变,体无力,食欲减。     

螺旋CT成像联合血清copeptin、IL-18水平检测在急性脑梗死患者神经功能及预后评估中的应用价值

本文选取74例急性脑梗死(ACI)患者作为研究对象,入院时根据美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分分为重度组(NIHSS评分>15分,n=21)、中度组(NIHSS评分5~15分,n=24)、轻度组(NIHSS评分<5分,n=29),均接受血清copeptin和IL-18水平检测及螺旋CT成像检查。结果发现,随ACI神经功能缺损加重,血清copeptin、白细胞介素18(IL-18)水平及峰值时间升高,CBV、CBF异常下降。经ROC曲线显示,血清IL-18联合CBF预测ACI患者预后不良的曲线下面积(AUC)最大。由上述结果可见螺旋CT成像参数、血清copeptin、IL-18水平与ACI患者神经功能存在一定相关性,三者联合为临床实现ACI患者个体化治疗和改善预后提供了可能。

Investigation on activating individual living monocytic U937 cell by interleukin-6 using Raman tweezers

We investigate the activation of living monocytic U937 cells induced by interleukin-6 （IL-6） at the single cell level. We employ home-built Raman tweezers to measure the Raman spectra of living U937 cells with and without IL-6 at the single cell level. Raman peaks of amide III, amide I, DNA backbone, as well as guanine and adenine in U937 cells, change at 1312, 1652, 1090, and 1576 cm ？1 , respectively, shortly after IL-6 is added in the medium. The change is a dynamic temporal process. In the activation process of U937 cells induced by IL-6, the protein signals recover in 20 min, while the nucleic acid signals continue to increase for 20 min. The results reveal that the biochemical cascades of activation in signal transduction induced by IL-6 can be investigated in situ at the single cell level.     

Co-administration of Interleukin-2 Enhances Cellular and Humoral Immune Responses to HIV Vaccine DNA Prime／MVA Boost Regime

Interleukine-2 (IL-2) is a growth factor for antigen-stimulated T lymphocytes and is responsible for T-cell clonal expansion after antigen recognition. It has been demonstrated that DNA vaccine-elicited immune responses in mice could be augmented substantially by using either an IL-2 protein or a plasmid expressing IL-2. Twenty mice, divided into four experimental groups, were immunized with: (1) sham plasmid; (2) HIV-1 DNA vaccine alone; (3) HIV-1 DNA vaccine and IL-2 protein; or (4) HIV-1 DNA vaccine and IL-2 plasmid, separately. All the groups were immunized 3 times at a 2-week interval. Fourteen days after the last DNA vaccine injection, recombinant MVA was injected into all the mice except those in group 1. ELISA and ELISPOT were employed to investigate the effect of IL-2 on DNA vaccine immune responses. The obtained results strongly indicate that the efficacy of HIV vaccine can be enhanced by co-administration of a plasmid encoding IL-2.     

Effect of Polysaccharides from Fruit Body of Ganoderma tsugae on Bidirectional Regulation of Proinflammatory Cytokine Production in THP-1 Cells

The polysaccharides,FIII-2,FIII-2-a,FIII-2-b and FIII-2-c were purified from the fruit body of Ganoderma tsugae(G.tsugae) to study the effects of the four polysaccharides on the productions of human proinflammatory cytokines,interleukin-1α(IL-1α) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNFα).The results show that the polysaccharides up-regulated the production of IL-1α and TNFα in THP-1 cells under non-stimulatory condition or under stimulation of both lower concentration lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and phorbol myristate a...     

男性不育患者精液白细胞、巨噬细胞与锌的研究

为探讨男性不育患者精液白细胞、巨噬细胞与锌的关系,研究测定了85例男性不育患者精液白细胞、巨噬细胞和精浆锌的含量.结果提示,不育男性中精液白细胞≥106/mL组与精浆锌之间有显著性差异（P＜0.01）：精浆锌含量与巨噬细胞阳性组差异有显著性（P＜0.05）,说明精液白细胞、巨噬细胞可能对精浆锌的含量有一定的影响.     

猪胸腺素对带瘤小鼠胸腺细胞及其富含PNA~-和PNA~+细胞淋转反应的研究

本文报道用~3H-TdR掺入法测定小鼠胸腺细胞及其亚群在有丝分裂原作用下的淋转反应,以及猪胸腹素对带瘤机体免疫功能的影响.实验结果表明,带瘤小鼠胸腺细胞的淋转反应随着瘤龄的增长而逐渐降低.在体外用猪胸腺素与胸腺细胞一起温育,淋转反应有不同程度提高,如先给小鼠腹腔注射猪胸腺素则淋转反应的效果更为显著,说明猪胸腺素对带瘤机体的免疫功能具有积极的调节作用.
