| 摘 要： | 对２０例糖尿病患者血清锌、铁、锰、钙、铜含量检测发现，糖尿病组较对照组血清铁、铜高，差异显著（Ｐ〈０．０５），血清锌、锰略低（Ｐ〉０．０５），血清钙略高（Ｐ〉０．０５）。表明糖尿病可导致微量元素代谢紊乱，在治疗糖尿病时要适当补充微量元素；同时微量元素含量可作为糖尿病的一个控制指标。

| Abstract: | The content of Zn, Fe, Mn, Cu and Ca in the serum of 20 diabetics was determined.The results showed that Fe and Cu was much higher in the diabetic group than that in the control group (P <0.05). Zn and Mn was slightly lower while Ca was slightly higher in the test group (P > 0.05). The results suggested that diabetes might have caused the disorder of trace element metabolism and a supplementof trace elements should be prescribed in the treatment on diabetics. Moreover, the level of trace elementsin serum may serve as a control index for diabetes. |
