摘    要:为确定我国0~17岁不同年龄段健康人群末梢血锌参考值范围,采用BH 5100型多通道火焰原子吸收光谱仪检测了全国8省份101 600例0~17岁人群全血锌元素含量,用百分位数法确定末梢血锌元素参考值范围.结果表明,不同年龄段人群末梢血锌元素参考值范围分别是:0岁~,38.38~80.06 μmol/L;1岁~,47.7...

Abstract:To determine and analyze the content of zinc in peripheral blood among healthy people aged in 0 to 17 years from 8 provinces in China and provide a scientific basis for unifying the reference value of zinc in whole blood,the content of zinc in peripheral blood of 101 600 healthy people was tested by BH-5100 multi-channel atomic absorption spectrophotometer,the percentiles were used to establish the reference value.The results show that the reference value of zinc in peripheral blood in each age phase are 38.38~80.06 μmol/L in 0-year group,47.74~96.69 μmol/L in 1~3 age group,60.93~102.56 μmol/L in 4~6 age group,67.72~103.84 μmol/L in 7~11 age group,71.46~111.33 μmol/L in 12~17 age group,respectively.It conclusion this study has preliminarily established the reference value of zinc in whole blood in 0 to 17 years,and it provided a scientific basis for determining unified zinc reference standard.
