摘    要:本文对用作成象传感器的电荷耦合器件(CCD)首先进行了一般性技术介绍。概括了大量的最新文献,涉及到许多物理学特性和电路技术。同时较全面地介绍了主要厂家的产品。对于CCD图象传感器的目前的应用和潜在应用也作了叙述。

Abstract:Tins is a general technical introduction to charge-coupled devices (CCD) used as image sensors and is most suitable for electronic engineers. Although a number of books on CCD are available at the present time, most of them have a large space dealing with its physics and manufacturing technology which is perhaps too much for electronic engineers but very often the electronics in them seems too little and quite old; therefore, this article is written to offer the basic technical information an electronic engineer should know if he or she is going to deal with a CCD subject.The content of this article is arranged as follows. The advantages of CCDs over vidicon tubes are described in chapter one; the main products of major manufacturers worldwide with basic specifications and simple explanation are listed in chapter two; chapter three and four deal with driving and analog circuit problems which are particularly related to CCDs; finally, the present and potential applications are given in chapter five. All the materials are intended to be very practical and many of them have been practised by the auther in his research work. It is believed that the readers will be able to begin their CCD work immediately after they finish reading this article.
