摘    要:研究了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵9CTMAB)/正戊醇/正庾烷/水组成的阳离子型O/W微乳液对以4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二醇(PAR)为显色剂,光度法测定锌的增敏作用。结果,方法简便、快速,与相应的胶束体系为介质比较,提高了测定灵敏度,结果可靠。通过对显色剂在水-微乳液和在水-胶束相中分配系数的测定,初步了微乳液的增敏作用机理。

Abstract:The sensitizing effect of O/W cationic microemulsoid of CTMAB/n-C5H11OH/n-C7H16/H2O as a medium on the colour reaction of Zinc and PAR was studied. The results show that the sensitivity of determination in CTMAB/n-C5H11OH/n C7H16/H2O O/W microemulsoid was higher than that in CTMAB micelle solution. The distribution constant of PAR in the O/W microemulsion was more than that in the micelle system and an increase of the distribution constant of PAR in the microemulsoid system is one of the main causes of sensitizing effect on the color reaction.
