不同质子酸掺杂对银/聚苯胺纳米复合材料结构和导电性的影响

摘    要:利用紫外光作为辅助条件,在反胶束体系中采用一步双原位法合成了硝酸(HNO3)、对甲基苯磺酸(TSA)和5-磺基水杨酸(SSA)掺杂的银/聚苯胺(Ag/PANI)纳米复合材料.通过对复合材料进行红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外光谱(UV-Vis)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和导电性能的测试,研究了不同质子酸对Ag/PANI纳米复合材料结构、形貌和导电性能的影响.测试结果表明,3种酸掺杂制备的Ag/PANI纳米复合材料均为聚苯胺包覆银粒子的核-壳结构.不同的质子酸掺杂会对Ag/PANI纳米复合材料的电性能有重要影响.在3种酸掺杂的复合材料中,TSA掺杂的复合材料的电导率最佳,为215.14 S·cm-1.

Abstract:Silver/polyaniline(Ag/PANI) nanocomposites doped with nitric acid(HNO3),p-toluenesulfonic acid(TSA) and 5-sulfosalicylic acid(SSA),respectively,were synthesized in reversed micellar solutions,and the reaction was performed via in situ reduction of silver nitrate in aniline by photolysis.Reduction of the silver nitrate in aniline leads to the formation of silver nanoparticles which in turn catalyze oxidation of aniline to polyaniline.The structure and morphology of Ag/PANI nanocomposties doped with different acids were analyzed and characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The conductivity of Ag/PANI nanocomposites was measured with the four-probe method.UV-Vis and FTIR results indicate that the conductivity and the spectra of Ag/PANI nanocomposites doped with proton acids are affected by the counter anion of the dopants.The counter anion's size of TSA is bigger than that of HNO3 and SSA,and its conductivity,shifting of FTIR and UV-Vis spectra are more stronger than the two others'.A slightly broadened XRD pattern,indicating nano-sized particles,is achieved with cubic silver.The crystallinity of the PANI doped with TSA is higher than that of the PANI doped with the other two acids.SEM of the Ag/PANI nanocomposites shows that the Ag/PANI nancomposites with the core-shell structure formed with a smooth PANI shell around a core of silver nanoparticles are all achieved in different acids.Compared with the Ag/PANI nanocomposites synthesized by the other two acids,Ag/PANI nanocomposites doped with TSA exhibit the more outstanding conductivity,achieving 215.14 S·cm-1.
