氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定灌木中的总汞

摘    要:采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法对5种常见灌木中的总汞进行分析,比较其结果,发现:相同的生长环境下,各种植物对汞吸收能力不同,汞含量有很大的差别,并呈现出叶〉枝的趋势,而且汞在植物中的富集作用明显。

Abstract:The total mercury analysis in 5 shrubs was determined by hydridegeneration-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The result shows that at the same environment,a variety of plant has the different ability to adsorb mercury,so there are very difference in mercury content with a trend of leaf>branch,and mercury enrichment in the plant is obvious.This result is significant in choosing a more effective absorption of mercury pollution in the city green plants.
