圆感应同步器安装误差修正方法研究

摘    要:圆感应同步器数显表是精密测角元件,为达到较高的测角精度,必须对圆感应同步器的安装位置进行精密调整。在某经纬仪改造过程中,我们发现该经纬仪上圆感应同步器的安装位置不符合要求,致使数显表测角精度超差。由于没有设计安装调整装置,无法调整圆感应同步器,只能进行软件修正。通过对圆感应同步器安装位置给数显表测角精度带来的误差进行理论分析,得了出了数显表的误差模型,并在该数显表给出了确实可行的修正方法,修正后数显表测角精度满足该经纬仪精度要求。

Abstract:The digital readout instrument of the round inductosyn is a precise angle measuring instrument,for attaining highly angle measuring accuracy,must to the round inductosyn position proceeds the precise adjustment.In some theodolite reform process,we discovers that theodolite top of the round inductosyn the gearing position not agree with to match the request,causing the digital readout instrument to angle measuring accuracy super bad.There is short of design the gearing adjust the device,can't adjust the round inductosyn,can proceed the software correction.Pass to respond to the round inductosyn install the position bring angle measuring error that accuracy bring proceed the theories analyzes,obtained the digital readout instrument an error model,and give a definite viable correction method,after revising the digital readout instrument angle measuring accuracy satisfy the theodolite's accuracy request.
