钙钛矿型复合氧化物LaFeO3和LaCoO3的光催化活性

摘    要:采用柠檬酸法合成了钙钛矿复合氧化物LaFeO3和LaCoO3,并以其为光催化剂对水溶性染料进行光催化降解实验,研究了不同光源和不同光照时间对降解脱色率的影响。结果表明LaFeO3和LaCoO3均有较强的光催化活性,而LaCoO3的光催化活性明显高于LaFeO3,这主要与Fe^3+和Co^3+离子的电子构型以及Fe-O间和Co-O间的结合能有关。

Abstract:Perovskite type oxides LaFeO 3 and LaCoO 3 are prepared by citric acid complex method and utilized as photocatalysts for the photocatalytic degradation and decolorization of several water soluble dyes. The influence of different light sources and irradiation time on the efficiency of decolorization is studied. The results show that LaFeO 3 and LaCoO 3 possess photocatalytic activity, but the catalytic activity of LaCoO 3 is higher than that of LaFeO 3, which is related with the binding energy of transition metal and oxygen, as well as electronic configuration of transition metal ions. The photoacoustic spectra of LaCoO 3 and LaFeO 3 are also studied. It is found that LaCoO 3 has absorption peaks at wavelength longer than LaFeO 3, therefore the activity of LaCoO 3 is higher than that of LaFeO 3.
