火焰原子吸收光谱法测定大百合中的铁、锌和锰

摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了大百合中的微量元素铁、锌和锰的含量,方法简单,精密度和灵敏度高,相对标准偏差为0.267%-0.733%,回收率94.46%-99.53%.

Abstract:The amounts of Fe, Zn and Mn in Cardiocrinum giganteum were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The method is simple, precise and sensitive with the RSD of 0. 267%-0. 733% and the recoveries of 94.46%-99.53%.
