| Abstract: | The adsorption characteristics of inosine from fermentation solution on anionexchange resin under the condition of different pH, resin type were investigated.Besides, the desorption condition was researched using different concentrated NaOHunder different temperature. The adsorption and desorptidn mechanism were explained in detail in order to obtain the best technological condition of inosine extraction. |
