摘    要:介绍了清洗液废酸中F-、Cl-、SO42-和NO3-的测定方法,通过一定的前处理,减少清洗液废酸中金属离子及残留酸液的干扰,有效去除了对色谱柱带来的污染。利用优化的实验条件,准确测定了清洗液废酸中F-、Cl-、SO42-和NO3-的含量,检出限分别为0.04、0.09、0.71、0.27mg/L,回收率为94%—109%。

Abstract:The method of determination of F-、Cl-、SO2-4and NO-3 in the waste acid cleaning solution by ion chromatography was introduced.The interferences of metal ions and residual acid liquor in waste acid cleaning solution were removed,and the pollution of ion chromatography column was also reduced by a certain pretreatment method.The concentrations of F-,Cl-,SO2-4 and NO-3 in the waste acid cleaning solution were determined according to the optimal experimental conditions.The detection limits of F-,Cl-,SO2-4 and NO-3 were 0.04,0.09,0.71,0.27mg/L,respectively.The relative standard deviations were 0.52%—1.64%.The average recoveries were 94%—109%.
