摘    要:<正> 聚-N-乙烯基咔唑(PVCz)和2,4,7-三硝基-9-芴酮(TNF)电荷转移复合物(CTC)是良好的有机光导体,已应用于静电复印和全息照相技术,该体系的载流子产生、载流子迁移及载流子复合等已进行过许多研究。而关于该体系的光导作用光谱仅有Schaffert和Lardon用表面电荷衰减法测量过,光敏范围扩展到可见光区。本文

Abstract:This article reports the photoconductive spectra of poly-N-vinylcarbazole: 2, 4, 7-trinitro-9-fluorenone (1:0.5 molar ratio) charge transfer complex (CTC) obtained with sandwich and surface cells.The effects of wavelength, field strength and polarity of the illuminated electrode on Lux-Ampere index y are discussed. Two kinds of photocarrier generation are suggested. When λ>500nm, the photocarriers were generated by light absorption of the charge transfer complex; when λ<500nm, the phptoearriers were produced by poly-N-vinylcarbazole and 2, 4, 7-trinitro-9-fluorenone free molecules present in the film.
